Izabela Kropiwnicka, Esq.

was born in Poland where she grew up. She graduated from Warsaw University in Poland where she received her Master's Degree in Law. Later in her career she decided to continue her legal education in New York.
She graduated magna cum laude from Touro Law School obtaining her Master's Degree in Law. She received LL.M Outstanding Academic Achievement Award and several Cali awards. She passed the New York Bar Examination at first try.

Ms. Kropiwnicka is licensed to practice law in New York, and is authorized to practice Immigration Law anywhere in the United States. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association ( AILA), American Bar Association ( ABA) and New York State Bar Association (NSBA).

Ms. Kropiwnicka volunteered her services to Nassau-Suffolk Law Services Committee, Inc. where she worked in Domestic Violence and Homelessness and Housing units helping the poor vindicate their rights under the law.
She also worked as a legal advocate for the Retreat, Domestic Violence Agency where she helped the clients elicit the most favorable response from the judicial system.
As an immigration attorney Ms. Kropiwnicka worked with Immigration Legal Services of Long Island, a non for profit organization, helping Long Island immigrants to defend their rights. Being an immigrant herself, Ms. Kropiwnicka is in a unique position to understand what you may be going through and experiencing as an immigrant. She has a great passion for immigration law and gives her clients personal and dedicated service they deserve.
She always keeps her clients informed about their legal matters. Personal contact with her clients and responding to their individual needs has become the hallmark of her practice.
